The last thing I want is for you to be stuck with a damaged item. If it arrives to you damaged, please get in touch with me within a week’s time.
If you’re unhappy with the size you’ve received, first check that the size stated on the garment matches the size stated on the sizing chart. Though rare, it’s possible that the garment was mislabelled. Let me know and I’ll get you sorted out.
If you’d like a different size, get in touch with me and I’ll let you know what your next steps are.
Please notify me by emailing email@example.com and then return your item/s in new and unused condition and with all original packaging.
Upon receipt of the item I will issue a refund minus return postage costs within 7 days, via the same method of payment. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
As the items you’ve purchased are your responsibility until they reach me, check that the item is properly addressed and adequately packaged. You should also obtain proof of postage when returning items, along with a tracking number, as I cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit.
